Refer friends. Share the benefit.

Token are an additional currency in the dataforest Cloud that are automatically used to reduce invoice amounts. Token reduce invoices to a minimum of 0 €. Excess Token remain in the account for future invoices. Token have no cash value and are neither redeemable nor transferable.

• Referred new customer receives: 25 € (gross) in Token as starting credit after completing account setup. Setup includes: registration via a valid referral link, providing a complete billing address and a valid payment method. The payment method will only be charged once the starting credit is used up.
• Referring customer receives: 25 € (gross) in Token once the referred new customer has paid at least 25 € (gross). Token reduce invoice amounts and do not count as revenue. With a starting credit of 25 €, the referred customer must therefore generate invoices totaling at least 50 €.
• Credit: Usually issued within 7 days of fulfilling the conditions to the referring customer's team account. In case of irregularities, the review may take longer.
• Expiry: The referred customer's starting credit expires after 3 months. The referrer's reward expires 12 months after being issued.

All stated amounts include the applicable statutory value-added tax.

• The program applies exclusively to products of the dataforest Cloud (cloud.dataforest.net).
• Only customers who have already paid at least 25 € (gross) to dataforest can participate as referrers.
• Both the referrer and the referred person must be of legal age (18+).
• Self-referrals are excluded. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person or the use of identical payment data for referrer and referred person are excluded.
• The referred person must not live in the same household as the referrer.
• In accounts of referred new customers, no resources (seeds) may be moved from other accounts until the starting credit has been fully used or has expired.
• Only persons who have not been a customer of dataforest GmbH in the last 12 months qualify as new customers.
• Former customers whose contract was terminated by dataforest are excluded.
• Token from the referral program may not be promoted with paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
• Sending mass emails to unknown recipients or using automated systems/bots is prohibited.

• The token credit is a voluntary benefit from dataforest GmbH. There is no legal entitlement to credit.
• In case of payment default, chargeback, cancellation, or unpaid invoices by the referred customer, Token credited to the referrer will be revoked.
• In case of suspected abuse, dataforest may exclude customers from the program without stating reasons and refuse or retroactively revoke credits.
• dataforest GmbH reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons.
• The currently valid conditions can be viewed at cloud.dataforest.net.
• The referral program can be combined with other promotions. All Token are automatically applied to reduce your invoices - regardless of which promotion they originate from.
