Pelican is an open-source control panel for game servers. From the web interface you create servers for Minecraft, Rust, ARK, Valheim, Counter-Strike 2 and many other games and access their console, files and backups. Each game server runs in its own Docker container with fixed CPU, memory and disk limits.
After the first boot
On first boot the Seed sets up Pelican Panel, Wings, MariaDB and Caddy via Docker Compose under /opt/pelican. This takes a few minutes. You can check the progress via SSH or in the Seed's console:
/root/ready.txt: installation finished/root/failed.txt: error, details in/root/pelican-install.log/root/pelican-credentials.txt: admin login with the generated password
Then log in at https://<seed-hostname> and import the templates for your games under Admin → Eggs → Import. Afterwards, create your first game server under Admin → Servers. Besides the game ports, Pelican uses port 8443 for the console and 2022 for SFTP.
To run the panel under your own domain, point its A record to the Seed's IPv4 address and run seed-tls domain panel.example.com over SSH. Panel and Wings then move to the domain together.
